LOST SOME WEIGHT

Hi guys , I was busy with my kid and was unable to write blog as frequently as I used to do b4. Here again , I have lost some 12 pounds by regular exercise and perfect eating . Yeah I came down from 142 to 130 pounds . I have even lost some hip sizes which I thought will never able to reduce . I wish to continue this atleast for a couple of months so that I may reach my ideal weight of 120 pounds . So 10 more pounds to go............. Will wait and see.
